ANNOUNCING THE WINNER

The deadline of the second stage of the Open International Online Architectural Competition to develop the territory of the right bank embankment of the River Moskva from Moscow Ring Road to Stroginskoe Shosse (Highway) will be prolonged. This decision was announced by the Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of Moscow (Moskomarkhitektura) following a working group’s meeting of the Strogino Deputy Council with Maria Kiseleva, Deputy of the Moscow City Duma and member of the Competition jury.

During the meeting, the deputies noted the need for more accurate work on the territory and additional study of the residents’ wishes to include in the Terms of Reference for the designers.

To this end, the deputies initiated a broad survey of Strogino and the North-Western districts. After completing the survey and analyzing its results, the Terms of Reference should include additional provisions based on the residents’ requests for the designers to finalize the concepts after taking them into account. Also, the proposals that Deputy of the Moscow City Duma Maria Kiseleva submitted earlier, were included in the current version of the Competition Terms of Reference.
